The Call Of The Sea. BLACKSMITH MAGAZINE
The long-awaited new album of the Estonian POSTMORTEM is already something more than just good music!
This is very good music, and I think those who have heard this release will agree with this. The call
of the sea is deep darkness and secrets hidden under the thickness of water, the salty splashes of
which the wind throws in your face and brings freshness and joyful excitement. The new guitarist brought
a lot of melodies and beautiful solos to the music, from which POSTMORTEM's music greatly benefits.
In general, it has become tougher and heavier, which does not prevent it from being melodic and easy to
understand at the same time. Lots of high-speed passages with fast guitars and arrhythmic layouts.
Well, the sea theme - teak runs through the entire album as a connecting thread and gives the romantic
charm and vastness of The Call Of The Sea. The group's progress is obvious, but for some reason the guys
still have no luck with a contract. It's a pity!
